If you bought the wrong size or shape, you can, if you wish, return the clip ons within 7 days of receipt to exchange them for a different size/shape. This is a unique service that we offer at our discretion that is outside of the Distance Selling Regulations.
You will need to pay the cost of returning the clip on sunglasses to us, unless the goods were faulty or unless we have made an error in sending them to you.
We suggest you pay the small amount extra to use a recorded postal service that covers you in the event of loss or damage during delivery. We can only process your exchange request when we receive your returned order.

Delivery costs for exchanges
For orders within the UK, we will dispatch one exchange to you without charging additional postage. If you keep the exchanged product, we will bear the cost of the additional postage.
If you subsequently return a product for a refund after requesting an exchange, we will refund you the cost of the clip-on sunglasses, less £3.20 towards the postage and administrative time taken in handling your requested exchange for you.
For orders outside the UK, we can still exchange your sunglasses, if you pay for the airmail delivery cost of us sending the replacement product to you (£4.00). Please inform us that you wish to exchange your order and we will send you a link to pay the delivery cost online.
We will only dispatch exchanges to destinations outside the UK after receiving payment for the cost of airmail delivery.
